Delivery estimates are based on product availability, stock levels, order processing, and carrier transit times. We always aim to dispatch and deliver orders within the stated timeframe. However, delays may occasionally occur during processing or transit.

Order Handling Time: 1 to 2 business days
Order Transit Time: 2 to 4 business days
Shipping Fee: Free shipping on eligible orders within the United States
Orders placed before 14:00 are usually processed the same business day. Orders placed after 14:00 will be processed on the next business day, excluding weekends and public holidays.
Once dispatched, standard delivery usually takes 2 to 4 business days within the United States.
Shipping Locations
We currently ship within the United States.
For Alaska, Hawaii, military addresses, remote areas, or special delivery locations, please contact us before placing an order to confirm shipping availability.
Tracking Information
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email. You can use this tracking number to monitor the delivery status of your order.
Delayed Orders
If your order has not arrived within the estimated processing and delivery period, please allow up to 2 additional business days as carrier delays can occasionally happen.

Incorrect Shipping Address
Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout. If you notice an error in your address, contact us as soon as possible.
Once an order has been processed or dispatched, we may not be able to change the shipping address.
Lost or Missing Packages
If your tracking information shows that your order was delivered but you have not received it, please check with neighbors, building management, or the delivery carrier first.

Cancellation Before Shipping
If you would like to cancel an order, please submit your request as early as possible. Order cancellations can only be accepted before the order has been processed or shipped.
Once the order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. You will need to follow the return process after receiving the item.
